What Women on Fire say about attending the Retreat:
I have been to every retreat except one and each time, I have gotten something new, powerful and profound from it.
I absolutely loved the connection and support. I walked away refreshed, open-hearted and inspired!
I attended my first Women of Fire retreat in Nashville and it truly inspired me to become a better “me.” Prior to attending, I looked into the mirror and didn’t recognize the person I had become. I was severely overweight. I started my journey to make 2016 the best year of my life and joined a weight-loss program. By the time I attended the retreat in April, I had lost about 15 pounds, and wanted and needed the strength to continue. At the retreat, so many wonderful women shared such deep stories and I felt that if they could overcome such tragic situations, I certainly could overcome my obese body. Today, I have lost 95 pounds. I feel and look completely different! The Women on Fire retreat helped to bring out my inner strength – and today I’m on “fire” and I will continue to be on fire. The retreat was a turning point that motivated me to achieve my ultimate goal!
